Almost two month without posting

Let me tell you what going on around here. OF course our vacation had to be changed due to Chuck's Annual training has changed to June Instead of August (which is their usual month) but with changes. Our vacation was planned on June. It doesnt work out with his Annual Training. So we decided to changed to July so it is easier for us to go without any worries about Military changes (they changes without info us in advance). Hopefully we will stick on July and go to Seattle and Vancouver as planned for July.

Also with grandma moved into assisted home last April. She seems to settled in Ok. We had lot of cleaning up her room at home and rid of junk thing and had to fix up to sell as on late Aug or early September.

Im busy looking through thing I dont want and as soon as Chuck leaves on May 30th for his AT (Annual Training) Im doing to organizing and prices everything to get ready for garage sale on june 27th. Once garage sale is over we will start packing and looking into renting a apartment in El Segundo. Trying to find one before we leave for our vacation and move in on Aug 1st. Hopefully that we able to find apt we liked.

New changes

I still keep my blog here. I decided to change around a bit. Im using this as my personal thing such as sharing my favorite thing to do, organizing ideas, what I do for living, etc.. So I had create another blog that for family so I can posting about us during trips and our moving to possible in El Segundo or else depends on what we are looking for. But for now I am doing this just for fun.

On june we will have an week vacation to go Canada and Seattle. Im looking forward to it. It has been 14 years since we was there. I havent gone to Seattle for 14 years and have no idea what it is look like now that they might changed lot there. Chuck has been there twice for military but he didnt get time to hang around with no car but he did said it look beautiful like we remembered. Now we are excited to go for real vacation. Also with our son Jonathan will be first time to go see there and first time getting out of USA to Canada! He knows that across the border is different, Currency is different, signs are different but languages are still english but We told him there is couple of French languages on papers such as ketchup or menu in addition to English. It will be nice experience for him as well. I havent gone out of country for 14 years so it is nice to see another country for few days.

In coming weeks Im doing lot of cleaning up around here trying to decide to sell thing (on amazon, ebay, garage sale etc..) to rid of and start organizing all together to get ready for moving on August. Im looking forward to see through thing that I might forgot what I had and see what I can rid of. I like to see reduce the clutters around. Im looking forward for big job to do that because I always enjoy to do organizing stuff myself. It feel good to see thing go even I dont use them anymore.

Looking forward to catching up reading books, some crocheting to finish and lot of relax!

I almost forgot my blog. I had been spend lot on Facebook lately since there is lot family and friends where I can connect with. Im trying to figure what I do with my blog since I dont have exciting to share you all just yet but in couple of months will be big adventures for us so I might will check in here once a while until our big adventures begin on June.

Of course I havent posted since Thanksgiving. I found lot old friends in Facebook and had to catch up with them. it is great to see them since last time I saw about 3 to 7 to 17 years ago. Wow.

I cant believe that Christmas is only two weeks away. We are leaving tomorrow for Army annual Christmas party at my husband's Unit. We are inviting Twins because we thought they would keep JC company also Twins get to see what Military is like on that base. I have been there every year since Chuck joined in 2001. They keeping changing location but this time at Unit which is much better than going up to Riverside. The traffic is bad on way home after the party.

After this.. Next week I will wrapping presents and JC is having a Christmas song play at school on Friday. JC and I has been teaching JC's teacher Mrs Guidi and classmates the sign language into songs. They did really well on signing now. Im looking forward to see them on Stage even through I already know what song it is... It going to be cute see them signing front of everyone. Then they will be off for two weeks beginning Monday Dec 22nd. We start with Christmas cookies that was our tradition which we always do every year.

I might not be blogging for a while but try to post some pictures from JC's Play if I catch it good pictures.

Where does the time go fast??? It is kinda strange that we was in NC last Christmas. We only one month away from Christmas. Yikes. It dosent seem to be slow down yet.

Well, We are super busy around here with grandma PT coming twice a week, volunteering my son class once a week, running errands once or twice a week. So life is busy now with holidays is around the corner! I almost done with holiday shopping but Im not bother going black friday because I cant stand crowded at stores. It is not my thing anymore. I just rather stay home and start Christmas decorating up and cleaning up JC bedroom trying to reduce his junk before Christmas. He seems to be no longer interesting play with toys now but he is more into computer, listening ipod, play his video games, and reading books now. I guess aging is growing out now?? He still likes building up legos but not all the time. because when he build up then play once and that is it! But I think building up lego is good for his brain to figure all pieces together.

Im trying to catch up something I enjoy.It seems like this month and next month is busy and I have little of "me" time now that im looking forward to read a book called "Twilight" by Stephanie Meyers which I bought recently. I probably have to wait little bit until I know my time is more to read this book. I heard lot of reviews and it seems like everyone love this book. I hope I like that because I dont care about Sci-Fi but I am into romantic novels. So that book will be different!

Im having Twins over tomorrow since all of them are out of school now for thanksgiving so It going to be crazy busy for me!

The Air smelling horrible!!!

You might hear the news about horrible fires here in Southern California this weekend. The air and lot of ashes all over to here and the smell is bad. It annoyed me so we bad to stay inside until the fires is gone. The sad news is about 800 homes and business has been lost already. This Fires is very stubborn and the wind is not helping. They are hoping that wind will calm down tonight so they can stop the fires all over. This is tough situation with many homes lost and fires has moving really quick in different directions and fires was happened in about 7 cities all over in LA county and Orange County. I cant figure why smokes come to here because We are like more than 30 miles to where fires was affected and we are at coastal area and the wind heading east and fires are north and east from where I live but now that we got lot of ashes and smokes all over here and wind still head east. It is just odd weather today. Hopefully that fires can be stopped over night and we get clearer weather again.

I cant believe it!!! I just found out this morning from Today's show Kathie lee and Hoda was talked about my Favorite Tv show called "Lipstick Jungle". They said that they will be in scene on that show and they just said "Too bad that show has been cancelled" I like "What??? I hope that they dont cancel my show" then I went to Lipstick Jungle Message board which is true that NBC has decided to drop that show. I was very upset like everyone and my friends loved this show and we hated to see that show go away. Im very diappointed at NBC for doing that.

I also get little upset about "biggest Loser" which also my favorite show. I wasnt expect that there was an war against other team which is unfair to me to watch it. I felt that NBC tried to do something stupid and try to keep that show better rating. I dislike that way. I like how people lose weight but not fight or arguement or make fun of other people because of game. I like that show is about how people keep their health and be fit. But not like high school hate to other people.

What going on with NBC lately. I hope that LIpstick Jungle able to stick or picked up on another network if it is possible to keep that show going.

Whew the boys has gone back to work and school today. Im going take a big break and enjoy what I have been waiting for! The Next couple of weeks will be hectic busy for me but I do have some time for myself but running errands is so much to do so I decided to do Christmas shopping done online instead of running around and dont have much time to do that and also I hated the holiday crowded. Im looking forward for thanksgiving and Christmas coming up. Im not going shopping on Thanks giving weekend. We just do decorating and put up tree. Also during December Im try to avoid go anywhere except Target and grocery, which those are most needed items. Probably stop bookstore if Im out of reading books then I can rush there while everyone is at work and school.

Im working on meal planning this week. Im very bad at them lately and dont follow WW much lately. Not that Im lazy but I am super busy the last few months now. I just cant find motivation to start with this. I just realize I need to do it if I want to lost weight. I just cannot Ignore that one and keep going on every month. I would never get any lost weight if I dont do that now. I better get started right away but I know it will be challenge with holiday eating! So Im starting with kitchen organizing today and throwing away old food that are expires or not used for 6 mo to 1 year. Also Im removing electronic stuff in kitchen that Im not using anymore. It is waste of space already. I dont use Blender, Steamers, some other anymore but I still use indoor grill, Crockpot and toaster (Of course coffee maker for my hubby) that is all we use mostly. I wish I would use blender to make smoothies but it is hard to do at home than bought at store because the taste is not same as store bought. So I figure I wouldnt need them that I havent used over 6 months now. At most I buy smoothie about once a month. I dont use steamers because they has to be herb or spices in it which I dont use that much. I liked microwave steamer baggie which is lot easier to use in microwave and throw away the bag instead of wash them all the time.

Today is Southern California big Earthquake Drill, which means everyone, schools, business, government, etc... all over in Southern California is taking drill to crawl under the desk or table and hold the head at 10:00 this morning. Check out www.shakeout.org

Today it is not usual day for me to remember. Im so used with my husband being home on day off (which is every other mondays) and JC was in school most on mondays but today both are off from work and school. Chuck has an regular day off and JC is off from school due to staff development day. Both also off tomorrow due to Holiday. It dosent feel right when we was running errands on the road and we just passed by my Twin cousin who is 11 years old and their school is near to major street and noticed everyone is at school. I like it is not right that JC is out of school and holiday is tomorrow. It is not so used to me. I feel like we have to make sure they are ready go back to work or school tomorrow but I keep forgotten that tomorrow is holiday. Oh That is so confusing. It look like we stay up little late tonight.

This morning I dropped my car off to shop to fix the problem. Of course I wasnt thrilled to pay 1 thousand to repair the problem but Im glad that I have plenty of money in saving but Now that I would like to put that back in. Im working on that. I find this month and next month is stressful with holiday shopping costs and costs on traveling around with bad traffic. I almost done shopping for presents but I have to wait for next paycheck (I usually pay everything by paycheck and no charges at all) So I can pay the bills and grocery and that holiday. Once January is here I would put lot more in saving to preparing for our vacation to Seattle and Canada on June and our plan on moving to another city around in the summer.

I cant wait until holiday is over so we dont have worry about spending anymore. Getting back to normal no more traffic no more running and stuck in traffic like last year we went to fast food near my home but traffic was worse and we have hard time getting out of there to go home. I know beginning now to new years I would start cooking more often so it keep us from going through traffic etc..

The weather was nice today and very cool. I love that kind of fall weather here.

One week has pass by..

Since halloween. We went with JC to do trick n treat in neighborhood. It is hardly believe to see lot kids coming from different city in our neighborhood and almost everyone run out of candies. But JC got enough candies and he dont like to eat any of candies in bag.

This week has been pretty busy for me running lot errands and trying figure what cause JC get tiny bumps on his stomach last Sunday and went to doctor on monday morning and thinks it is viral rash then went to school. I had to make sure it is not contagious to other kids which it is not look like that way. I now figure it might from flu shots he got last week Monday. He might has allergic reaction to that. right now it seems getting better but bumps still there and expect it take a while for them go away. He said he feels fine. He has been acting an energy this week.

I have been running around lot this week and today Im trying to find "me" time and resting as much as possible. both Chuck and JC get 4 days break from school and work starting this Saturday to Tuesday. That is when I was thought about going trip to San Francisco but We decided to take a vacation to Seattle instead. So We are going to Seattle in the summer.

Ok I better going and get some of my time before JC get off in one and half hour.

Today JC has an school halloween parade which they do every year. I went and saw my Son walking as he is looking for me. He is happy that I was there and tried to take pictures. Here's the picture. Where have I been?

I know that I has not posted since beginning of October. IT has been stressful two weeks for me. With my mom was on vacation to Maui. My grandma's health gotten worse. My Uncle and I had took care of her and figure what her health issues are. Finally my Uncle took her to ER to check out. She has blood clot in leg and an infection all over her body. So She is on Antibiotics for that and have to wear stocking on her legs to help blood moving all around her leg to prevent from another blood clot. So Mom got home last two days. She and Uncle went to ER yesterday due to short breathing (as Dr said it could be blood clot in her lung) but It turned out all is clear with no problem in lung. Her breathing due to infection she went through last week making her body hard time to move or do anything. Now She is getting stronger each day. She will have to start Physical threapist again to get her legs and body moving again. I know it will take a while to get back on her feet.

So Far. Right now Im bit relief that she is better each day but It going to be bit challenge for first few weeks until her legs are strong to get her stand up and walk again.

I also try to get "me" time but It is very difficult last few weeks. I wanted to read book but I cant. I have no focus on that due to stress but now Im feeling better and hopefully I can start picking up a book again.

Today is October!! I cant believe September is gone now and it is quick month for us. JC is having school picture today and I hope it turns well because fixing his hair is hard! He has very fine hair and it is difficult to stay down so I used hairspray to hold it. He dosent like that smell but I told him just for picture today.

So far TV is gone!! We are going to buy one next weekend not this weekend because my husband has an drill (they changed the date at last minute) he is not happy with date changed because he was sick last week and not getting his strength back for his test for his PT (running, sit up and push up) this weekend! So We used JC's TV in for now until we buy new one. JC dont use that tv much right now with school stuff going on now.

So today Im planning to do cleaning up the clutters and thought about do what Ali Edwards do for her daily activities life. Check out her blog and I thought it is fun doing that and I probably will do next Monday.

That our TV has died this morning! Chuck said last night the cable box making lot of noises as he tried to go sleep and cant figure it out what going on with that box then this morning I tried to turn on TV and nothing come back!!! Then Chuck said need to try plug in wall and see if it is working which I was plan on doing that after I get JC ready for school. So I checked it out and It does not work either. I get feeling that TV has died already. We got that TV about 11 to 13 years ago so I guess It is time for us to buy new Flat screen TV which will be big purchase for us! Chuck has no idea that TV was Died because he is at work when I tested it and Im sure he will say need new one and he wanted a bigger TV I dont think we need that huge tv like more than 50 inches. It is so expensive!! I would get at 40 or less that is all we need is TV to watch our favorite shows. Im not sure how much I will miss Biggest Loser tonight (I will have to watch another TV but no DVR) and Lipstick Jungle tomorrow night if I have to stay up late. Im not sure when we will have to buy new one.

Back to normal but Busy

We are back to normal after sick last week. Im only one dont get sick (not sure why I didnt get one since Im very close to my dh and son) I guess I getting myself cleaned more often like wash hands lot times and dont put hand on your face until your hand is washed. I guess it is worked. I have been sleeping same position so I dont get sick from DH. My hips is aching like crazy. Now everyone is better so I can get comfortable sleeping any sides on the bed.

This week going to be super busy for me which is long to do list mostly at home. I have lot paperworks to catch up, bills, cleaning clutters, cleaning JC bedroom, run errands (which I dont do during the week but just go to my son's school to volunteering). I like to see them get everything done this week.

Off to read magazine then to bed.

Sick!

Flu season kick in now. JC got sick last Thursday and Chuck got sick today which is his birthday. What a bad day to get sick. I havent got any bug yet but I do feel like I have itchy throat and sneezing which I think I will get runny nose soon.

Hopefully we will feel better by next weekend!

my new planner from See Jane work to come here. I had ordered a planner called Mom agenda which has many great about the planner with kids, other stuff to put in separate way so We can check what the day is...

I still need that planner because I have lot of plans to do with school stuff that Im helping with kids to preparing for Christmas songs and JC will join boy scout soon after he will check and see if he like it next week Tuesday. I have lot of planning to do around the house and lot of stuff going to be selling on amazon or ebay. Trying to cut down the clutters we do not use much or dont really need it.

I need plan to do "scrapbook" which to organing all JC's childhood together. I dont do scrapbook because I had lost my interest a couple of years ago but now Im going just do sample organising photo in book instead of crafting into paper and decorating. But I need to arrange all school awards, yearbook and etc.. in new all grades Pre K to 12 envelope which I can put all each grades together in one packet. I just running out of photo protector so I need to reorder and fill up lot more before I collect lot more.

I will try post pictures of those or any of my organizing ideas. I like to show what I do with them.

Ok I need get going to finish my chores such as laundry, cleaning etc..

Yesterday I was in good mood since Thursday was so tired. But Im back to normal self. The weather is so cloudy and not much sun the last few days. It is pretty cold here it sure feel like fall is coming up now.

Today we have to vaccum the water out of pool and scrubbing the floor of the pool and dry it up then fold and put away for now until we can use it next summer. That going to be lot of work because vaccum fill up water and have to move bucket to empty it then come back to finish the job over again. It is lot of work. Hopefully we can get everything wrap up today and put them in garage and it will be more open in backyard.

Im so tired already. Im not sure why I feel that way. Im so tired, Im so sleepy after a good sleep through the night but still sleepy and tired. I dont feel fresh today. I was so looking forward for so many thing I wanted to do during September...

Birthday + Philosophy

Today is my Birthday. I cant believe Im 36 years old today. I seem to like being in late thirties now. My husband and son are taking me to the mall of my choice tomorrow. I have hard time choice between Victoria Gardens, The Grove or South Coast Plaza.

I just got a nice package today which I just ordered but it is nice to get package on my birthday! I saw infomerical about new Philosophy skin care products. I have used several of Philosophy but havent used for skin care. I normally have bath/body products and loving it. Now I need to get serious skin care so I decided to start the program. Look what I got today.

Back to School + Anniversary

Today is JC's first day of school. He is in THIRD grade now! We walked to school, found his classmates and new teacher outside in the line. I hope that he have a good short day today.

Also today is Chuck and my wedding anniversary. We has been together for 14 years (in marriage) and 15 years (as together). We just cant believe it is so long time even through we dont feel that was long! I guess when having a child the years had passed quicker for us!

Last day of Summer

Today is JC's last day of summer. He is going back to school tomorrow. Later tonight we will find out who teacher and classmates going to be. Im exicted and nervous about finding out. I wish they would post it now but has to wait until after 4 pm.

Today Chuck and three boys are going to LAX flight path Muesum that they has not been before. Then they will come get me to go out lunch at Arbys on the beach (we dont go that much because it is long drive that are close to us) so that is good eating for our last day of summer.

I have lot of planning to look forward to and I have something that I like to share with you on upcoming posts here during Sept.

Tired

Im tired from long day at Legoland and Legoland's brand new Sealife that had opened few weeks ago. It is nice to see some different live fishes and some are beautiful color fishes. We had a great time at Legoland and it wasnt crowded as I would thought because of Labor weekend.

Tomorrow we are having Labor day BBQ we also going to celebrate two birthdays tomorrow.

Im looking forward to have JC go back to school on Wednesday.

So far, We are relaxing today and probably some more reading to do.

Getting better

Last week I had been stayed way late each day because of Olympics. Now that my DH is home Im getting back to regular sleep schedule since Sunday. I feel better now that Im staying within normal schedule and getting up same time each day.

This weekend going to be relaxing for me and my husband because JC will be spending overnight at his grandparents. We just going to do little errands to do tomorrow.

Not much going on here but getting ready for JC go back to school in one anf half weeks! Im going to clean out JC dresser and wash the new clothes that we shopped few weeks ago and everything is in bag then I need to wash and put new clothes in and removing old clothes that is small or damaged.

So far Im currently reading a book called "Kick a clutter" it is something I can read to reduce the clutters in the house as we trying to rid junk things before our big moving next summer and it has been 13 years since we moved here from Seattle. Now we are moving to different city that we would like to settle in renting a house or an apartment depends on prices. On that town is pretty expensive but safe neighborhood all I wanted and an good school especially high school because in here where we live now have wonderful elementary and middle school but high school is terrible! We like to get out of this city to move to another city that we always like to live in for long time. It is good to start less clutters and less thng before we move. I got whole one year before we move so it is good to taking our time.

I have been staying up pretty late each nights while watching Olympics games. I have been eyeing on Michael Phelps who tried to beat record breaking that he would get 7 golds which he did last night which is very very luckly and close just one second! Now we are waiting for tonight to see if he will finally win 8th Gold medal!

Not just swimming is my favorite to watch but I do love swimming, beach volleyballs and sometimes Gymnsitics but there is something I enjoy watching and rooting for USA teams and people.

One more week left of Olympics. I know how much Chuck like to watch but he missed all first week of Olympics due to being in Annual training for the Army but he is coming home tomorrow. Hopefully he able to catch up the last week of Olympics.

I was going to post this yesterday but I was too busy with lot of thing around here. I have finished organizing JC's bedroom and it look better now and no more clutters. I hope JC is keeping his room clean as he said he loved it and like to see his room clean so I have to remind him to be responsibly to keep up his room. Here's after photo.

Today JC and I went to Target and bought few of organizing stuff and came home Jc asked me to start changing fruniture today instead of tomorrow as I was planned to do that. So We went and change the fruniture. It look great but tomorrow Im finishing all organizing on some areas.

Well, Today JC and I went to do some shopping at Barnes and Noble, Old Navy and to Manhattan Village. We came home and I did little clean up JC bedroom Which is helped a bit to get ready for big change on Thursday. I had so much chores other than cleaning JC bedroom so Tomorrow I will try to organize a little.

I have decide that this week Im going to post the processing of cleaning JC's bedroom. Last march I posted the before photo of JC bedroom. I dont know what happens to after phone that was posting here. It must have been gone by itself. So all you can see the before photo I taken last March is about the same as JC bedroom now. My goal is to start organizing and change fruniture I will post after photo here when Im done on Friday.

What did I do today?

Laundry as usual (MONDAYS)

Taking down his desk (just to put in garage for now he usually do his homework in dining table now because he keep clutters on his desk. He probably not need it right now but Im keeping his desk until he is in middle school or so)

Throwing away some stuff in his bedroom.

Im taking a break for a day then more for tomorrow.

for next week. Since the twins are going on vacation on Monday. JC and I will begin doing lot of shopping for back to school AND organizing stuff for JC's bedroom. I will try to post pics before and after. I wanted JC have an clean and organized bedroom before school start in few weeks.

Chuck is doing well in Wisconsin. He is having night duty last night which mean he wont get sleep more than 24 hrs but that was only one time for him. I dont like hearing that one and worried that he is not getting enough sleep but Hopefully he will be quick sleep tonight. He only get over one more week until he will finally fly home.

Im doing lot of resting today because I wanted to catch up the book that I like to finish most of books I have left in my piles. I like to see them gone by September. But I dont know how much i have time to catch up all. I have about 12 books left.

Im sad to hear that my favorite magazine called ORGANIZE had been cease the publication. That mag is my most favorite mag because Im all about organize. But Im glad that Real Simple Magazine is still in publication so I can enjoy more of organizing ideas. Of course there is couple mags that shows about Organize but I wanted more ideas just like Organize magazine is all about organizing. so that would be easier to have them. Now Im sad to see them go. I was expect that going to happen like my other favorite magazine seems to be stopped unexpected. What a bummer. Im Thankful for Real Simple, Self and Redbook for now. I couldnt live without them.

Now that Chuck is at Ft. McCoy in Wisconsin for his two weeks training in the Army. He will be home on 17th. We miss him already and hope that two week has passed quick.

This week going to be pretty busy for JC with twins before they goes on vacation on Monday the 11th. Im looking forward to do back to school shopping with JC. I know he probably not liking the idea of changing clothes lot but it is better to see what size is right for him. We will have little clean up his bedroom. Im trying to cutting down his toys because he got so much toys from few years back that he hasnt used them for long time (mostly over a year) that he wouldnt want to see them go. I think right now Im trying to teach him it is ok to letting it go.

Im working on to getting discount tickets for 5 to go Legoland and Legoland Sea Life (an brand new aquarium). We will go on Aug 30th. The kids are excited about going there. I hope that JC will finally take a roller coaster ride (he was afraid to do that last time we went last year).

Almost 4 more weeks the kids will finally go back to school!!

The summer!

Boy, It does feel like this summer is longer and slow now than usual. I cant wait for Aug to get done then kids can finally go back to school. I love having them for the summer but right now I wanted enough for once, LOL.

They are great kids but driving me crazy sometimes which is normal for every parents go through like that during summer like they say " Im bored and I dont know what to do" over again.

Chuck is leaving this sunday for his two week annual training and the twins boys going on vacation on August 10 for one week so JC and I are going to do some back to school shopping which is good time to catch up just two of us.

This summer just been same old thing and not much exciting yet since we got back from vacation. But once School starts Im sure there is lot going on.

I thought this summer will be slow and boring. WRONG!!! I was busy, having three kids is lot than I normally deal with just one child (I have one son and twin cousin). But it is good to keep each others busy. I had to get out to watch them in the pool few times a day. Of course this summer is pretty hard than school year because the routine is different in the summer. Only seven more weeks until the kids will finally going back to school.

Im getting a new desk and going to rid of my childhood desk. Im getting tired of old desk I had and I wanted smaller and less clutters desk so I can control less clutters which lot easier then big desk (big desk can make clutters worse because there are plenty of space there) so Im cleaning everything out and going to set up new desk. My plans is look through stuff I dont use or toss what I think we dont really need then I will figure how to organize all office stuff (pens, staples etc..) to keep together.

I cant wait to go Container store because I love that store and it is all about organizing!

In two more weeks until Chuck is leaving for Ft McCoy for his two week annual training in the Army. It will be his second time go there. I will miss him while he is gone. Im going to get big major clean up our bedroom which is easier when he is gone so it give me something to do.

You might wonder why I post this picture? Because Im looking forward for Fall Season. I love that color on the bed. This bedding is from Pottery Barn. Of course I love the color of the bedding. I just cant believe everything for Fall is just begin now! Are you ready for Fall? I am! I do enjoy summer but once it is done and fall starts and it is nice to be cooler weather and nice clothes. I love fall color.

So far, the internet finally fixed but hope it stay that way. They were told that we have loose cable wires everywhere in the house. It is good to have my internet back to normal again.

Currently Im reading Madeleline Wickham's book called Sleeping arrangement which is my first book by Madeleine Wickham AKA Sophie Kinsella. Im huge fan of Sophie's books but it is strange to read in different name but same person. This Madeleine is Sophie's real name. It dosent seems to be right to me. I always think Sophie is right name for her. So I hope I like this book.

The weather just perfect here in LA. Much better than away from the beach because it going to be hot in the valley and mountains. We are so close to the beach which helped lot! Almost every early morning and late evening we got full cloudy and overcast and fog so it make it feel cold! It is nice to get little mist from the beach.

Frustrated with Time Warner

We are having a internet issues for a while even before we left for vacation and returning home. The Internet has been down lot times and we only got it back like half hour per day. It is so frustrated! We contacted with Time Warner and tell us that they are supposed to come to fix the problem today but we waited for them to come between 1 to 3 pm. Nothing happened! Chuck called again and said that we had cancelled the appointment. WHAT????? We did not called to cancel the appt. They said they are sending one tomorrow after 4 pm. They better be here tomorrow. Hopefully they come and fix and solve the problem.

Boy, Glad to be home and done with longest road trip! I enjoyed my vacation and mostly resting. Now we are back to normal routine again. We are bit tired from long two day drive from Texas to LA so it will take a while for us to get back to normal.

We just got here last night. We had a long trip from Los Angeles. We left home around 5 am. We made out of LA cities and away from the traffic and drove all way to Arizona and New Mexico and finally stopped in El Paso, Texas at 8:00 (central time) and checked into hotel to rest and sleep. We left there yesterday at 7:00 to go Dallas. We arrived Dallas at 8 pm. Whew that is such a longest drive.

Talking about Weather. When we was in Arizona it was about 111 degree in Tucson and very windy. Here in Texas is about 95 degree and a hit of humid. which is not too bad than Arizona.

We are staying here until Friday to go back to LA. We are here to visiting my husband's sister and her family also my FIL and his wife is here visiting us from Ohio. It is good to see everyone here.

Today JC got his award for best oral reader and sense of humor. He was surprised to see me and Chuck show up and he then realize that he is getting award. He was tear emotionally because we told him we are proud of him. Also He wasnt expect Chuck to be there because he was not there last year when JC got award due to military leave so now his dad is there and get to watch JC getting it.

We are proud of JC and we are taking him out to dinner tonight on his choice. Guess what his choice is going to Pat and Oscar's which is his favorite restaurant.

Other news:

Yesterday the twins Alex and Steven got an surprise award which they are "Best Student of the year" for the school. Also they got award from the city mayor and some places. Just because they are brothers and they deserve a good award since my uncle is single dad to them. They work hard and helping with others in classes and lunch recess etc... Their teachers loved what they did in all 7 years in elementary school (k to 6 grades). They are looking forward moving on to middle school beginning this September and will be in 7th grade. Congrats to Alex and Steven.

Oh boy, I had been gone a lot thing to do this week and last weekend. Glad it is over now with baseball and army stuff. Im pooped already. I think I will go bed early tonight than usual. Looking forward to sleep in tomorrow and taking our time to go errands to do.

Not much going on right now but we are just taking lot of rest before we have big road trip beginning on 20th of June. Once vacation is over. We will just resting here and watching kids swimming the pool and I get lot of books to catch up and magazine too. Hope that I can do better with exercise during the summer. I probably will join WW online again after we get back from vacation so It will give me motivation to use the online. Im not meeting person myself. I like weigh ins but not sit and listen but that is not all about leader but meeting is not my thing anymore. I still like WW programs. I usually do it on my own at home but when I was member in the meeting I liked their etools that I can make up my recipes in and have them figure the points etc.. I like that one so I consider to join WW online to do that.

Okay enough talks about weight loss for now. Im still tired from all day at the park today. Hope I can go bed soon so my son dont complaining about go bed early (since We promised him that he would stay up little late on weekends) but I hope that he is very tired because he spend lot of jumping at the park and running around with other kids most of the day. I hope i get an good night sleep tonight!

Baseball season is over now!!!

Now we are taking three weeks break before we go on vacation. JC is looking forward to go Texas to see his cousins and go camping (no sleep overnight) but spend ourdoor at night will be fun for them. I have lot of planning for three weeks to get ready for trip. After the trip we will stay here rest of the summer because Chuck is leaving on end of july or beginning of August to go Wisconsin for two and half weeks with his unit. Im working on second mini vacation possibly on Labor weekend but not sure yet. We had thought about going to Legoland Resorts (they just added new hotels and Lego Aquarium that should open this summer) We can stay two nights there and spend in Carlsbad. I probably will check out Pure Barre which just in Carlsbad so I can try their workout in their studio.

As some of you know I had been trying and trying everyday to get weight loss. We are leaving in three weeks for road trip to Texas. Most likely we eat out lot on the road because it take us two full days to get to Dallas. But I will bring my "Eat this, Not This" book which has lot information about restaurants that are healthy and that are not healthy. I hope that will helps in addition with WW points. As for exercise, It is always hard to do it in Texas because it is too hot. Im not used with high heat weather because we are average 80 here in Southern California in the summer. So I guess on vacation I dont always exercise. So I need to be relaxing on vacation and enjoy our time visiting family and look around new stuff in town etc..

So I like to be preparing for this so we can have everything we need for trip and returning home.

I guess this weekend I had to spend way too much money for everything. Not all to myself but for vacation clothes, my husband new shoe from REI which is pretty pricey, grocery, office supplies etc... over a weekend I would say about 600.00 so far. I hate the idea of spending money but knowing that almost everything is needed.

I dont think we will spend anymore except car to get check up one week before we leave and my haircut and color and weekly grocery will be good enough until we leaves for vacation.

During June will be pretty busy for all of us due to this weekend is baseball championship game and Little league picnic which will be on sunday then following weekend is picnic with Chuck's army unit at the park then sunday resting then following weekend get car check up with VW shop then on Sunday we plan final thing before we leaves for Texas on 20th. JC's school is out on the 19th.

Chuck's sister Julie called and asking us if our son JC would like join with her and her boys for boy scout camping out (not sleep over night but going like afternoon to late evening then go home). We agreed to have JC put in with them because JC never been like that before. It going to be good for him to learn what boy scout is like. I had to copy immunization paper to fax to her so my son can be part of the group when we get to Texas. My husband and I will hang around in Dallas/Ft. Worth while JC is with his aunt and uncle and cousins to go camping for few days (we will see JC every nights after that).

We still got so much planning for that so looking forward to get away soon.

New Wii Fit

It is here! I went to Target right after dropped my son off to school. I saw they only have about 10 left of Wii fit. I ended up bought it. It going to be interesting to do exercise with Wii Fit at home. I do use with DVD but mixing them up would be great. I havent set up yet. I decided to wait until my son finish his homework because he has baseball practice tonight. He would say He want to try those so I better hide in closet until I know when is good time to show. He has no idea I bought. He do want this.

[ Baseball ]

Last night was supposed to be last game for the season but JC's team won and going to do championship game!! We dont know when it will be or how it works yet. It is going to be first championship game for JC this year. Im looking forward for something new with this one.

[ School ]

I cannot believe only 4 and half more weeks left until end of school! I bet JC going to be excited for taking a break. No words if he needs go to summer school yet. Usually they will send info about summer school by late April to early may during K and 1 grade but not this time. Hopefully that he is not going this time. I know summer school meant to be learn to get understand in school but It seems that he do understand everything except that he is very slow to finish his work. If he is not going to summer then I will have buy material for him to practice at home so he can get better in 3rd grade this fall.

[ Other News ]

I got lot of book piles already and keep buying more books and it look like Im book addict which I love to read books. I decided after our vacation to Texas I will stop buying until Im done with all books that are left for long time. It is nice to have them for the summer as much we will stay home most of the summer while kids will be in pool with an new machine that are non chemical. I hope that machine will works well just using Salt instead of chemical because the last year and a year before that we had been difficult dealing with chemicals that mix up and pool ended up too much or errors. It can be confusing for us lot times. Now they finally design a new machine just using with Salt. Hopefully it works to clean the pool better.

Ok, This week, It look like there is lot thing to do on my list and mind. I need go through lot of clutter free first to clear the clutter and look what junk thing are and toss them!

Today I just go through all my bills that need to be paid, which I did. I transfer the IRS rebate money into our Saving, which I did. Make plan for our trip to Texas, which Im not yet planned since Chuck is stuck at work and army in full two weeks then on Memorial weekend we will go through with this. I have lot of books piles already which some was from Mother's day gift and some I bought at store. More Piles and More magazine piles. It give me lot of time to figure where should I begin with. I still have three dvd to catch up, which is no time for me right now. What is that life is like if we dont finish something we enjoy like reading or catching the dvd.

Just because JC still in baseball game and His big project to catch up this week.

Good news is... JC's baseball game will be last on Monday May 19th and his project dues on Monday May 19th. So Next week will be back to normal routine again from four long months of Baseball season!

AND... Im looking forward getting back into normal routine and no more going out to eat again (we usually go out right after the games) . Im going to cooking lot more and get into healthy again!

Im looking forward to catch up my books and magazine soon!

Well I wanted to say HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!!!!

I just wanted to share fun topic....DREAMING!!!

I had been dreaming about what I would love to have if I would win lotto.

My dream is live in Hawaii, Yeah I love Hawaii. I remember I went for first time at 17 in 1990 with my mom, grandma and best friend Kim. We had a blast time. Kim and I usually spend two of us hanging around in Waikiki beach without Mom and Grandma. We had a fun time!! Kim and I went to the beach, rode on outrigger, walking to International marketplace etc.. just within our hotel! When We left Island of Oahu for Maui. We was sad to leave Oahu, how much we loved there but we were looking forward to see what Maui has. We arrive in Maui. It took us 45 minutes to our hotel from airport which is such a long drive than in Waikiki to Honolulu airport. But when we got to our hotel. It was amazing beautiful with 5 pools, slide, spas in cave. it was fun walking on the beach is so different than Waikiki because Waikiki has clear blue water and Maui coast dont have much clear water. We walking pretty long way to shopping center which is much longer than in Waikiki where we walk just next block to International marketplace. But to me Maui is beautiful but I think that is perfect just an quiet and couples to go for romance on that island. I was an teeanger we more like Oahu better. After we got home from Hawaii, I was so sad that we is not able to stay longer.

Fast forward 10 years later. We finally go back to Hawaii for family reunion with my husband's families for Christmas. I was new mom to 8 months old son. I was excited about going to see Oahu again but I was more stressed because I have 8 months old is not easy going there on vacation! But carrying him around on my lap or in stroller and eating schedule etc.. is more stressful but spending on island is wonderful. Part of me wanting to live in Hawaii.

I have been thought about going back to Oahu again in 2010 with my husband and my son JC who dont remember that he went to Oahu because he was a baby. Baby cant remember! So I know JC will love Oahu like I do.

I have thought about what if we willing buying a condo as time sharing in Oahu but My mom suggested us to try Maui. I was not totally feel up on Maui just yet but I think once we go to Oahu so JC can see everything and we will go Maui another time. Then We probably will decide which is better.

Yeah that would be my dream to live in Hawaii!

Super Busy!!!!

With my husband gone for this week in Central California for Army training. That is bummer that he is away on Mother's day weekend which it was not usually do that before due to Armed Forces Parade is next week in Town (couple towns away from me) next weekend. The reason why his unit has to do it this weekend. Also it going to get lot of paycheck for entire two weeks and getting military leave paid from his regular job (NICE!!).

The best news is we finally got rebate from US Government in bank already. Im putting rest of them into saving. I already got lot of money in saving but Im taking some for our trip to Texas next month.

Anyway what going to happened today, tomorrow and Sunday.

Today:
* JC is having field trip to LA County museum of Art with his classes (mostly 2nd grader= 5 classes).
* Cookie fundrasining pick up!!
* Laundry to finish
* batting cage for JC to practice with coach
* finish project report (a little bit)

Tomorrow:
* JC has baseball game at 11:30
* finish project (working on jaguar in forest)

Sunday:
* It is mother's day
* JC and I are going to grocery store
* having mother day with my family
* Finish project (Hope to finish whole project except report)
* Husband get home later on that day (evening at most)

Ok, Lots of stuff to do with school Project for JC. Also Im little tired because I got up at 2:30 am this morning and trying to get some sleep after Chuck left at 3:15 am and I did took some sleep but not deeper than I would like. But Im sure I will go bed early tonight.

It is already May! I get feeling that this month will go faster due to my husband will going away two weekends for the army. JC has 6 games left this month until the baseball season is over! We are leaving for our one week vacation in less than 7 weeks.

[ JC ]

He is having state achievement tests this week and next week. He is looking forward for Field trip to LA County Museum of Art this Friday. He has lot of practices and games this week. He has science projects to do this week and next week about Jaguar (help me how can I do to make them with JC??).

[ Exercise and eating ]

Im about to starting doing the Firm this week and eating is pretty bad lately. I have hard time control what I eat. We seems to be gone out pretty lot last week and before that. But now I need to start organizing my meal planning again and go through to get what for dinner on Monday to Friday instead of going out more often but we only go out when baseball is on that day because the game usually over little after 7 pm and we dont have time to cook so we just go to fast food and get dinner. I know it sound bad but once baseball is over we will go back to normal routine. but that will be until we go on vacation. I need to figure how to eat healthy on road and entire week of my vacation. It will be another challenge for me.

I have been reading pretty lot lately. I just got Hungry Girl cookbook by Lisa Lillien and love this! Currently Im just started reading Neris and India's Idiot-proof Diet. I just enjoyed reading health/diet book lately but it dosent mean Im following all diets but I do like getting ideas and motivation from them.

Yikes 95 degrees today...

It is really hot today here in LA this weekend. Yesterday JC, Chuck and me went to Downtown Disney for Lego then drove to Irvine Spectrum Center which we spend most of the time there for lunch, BN, Old Navy, lot shops and Target. Then on way home we stopped Toys R us then dinner then home. Good thing is we spend most indoor with nice A/C! Also good thing is that no baseball game this week which helped! It is too hot today even inside of the house. We have no A/C so it is pretty hard to get it cooler with ceiling fan. Hopefully this week will be more cooler.

Also While at shopping Yesterday we bought us a bottles of water and JC lost his baby tooth while tried to open the cap of bottle water. So we found his tooth and he was excited that he got more money from Tooth fairy. So cute.

Last couple of weeks has been without posting here until Last Wednesday. So far everything is pretty good here. Baseball is still on and we are always busy going on practices and games. Also helping JC to do homework etc... That will going on until first week of June and finally we will heading to Texas on June 20th as much needed vacation for us also it going to be nice visiting my husband's family there.

My dieting and exercise has been nothing but just now I am working on getting them started on Monday. I had been collecting a new meal using WW point system using emealz, an online meal planning. That helps me decide what for dinner without look through recipes that has no point system on them or figure them out. It takes lot time to done with them. So I made them into binder as my new cookbook. I hope to do better with cooking next week.

As for exercise, I have been out of habit for long time and I have hard time getting it back. So I need to push myself get out of bed at 5:00 every morning on Monday to Friday to do workout. I will try do Cardio three times a week and strength training two times week or just mix up with both. I know it going to be hard for first few weeks until I can finally get in habit again.

We are off to do lot errands tomorrow which it has been long time we finally do something due to baseball schedule but this weekend is free for us to do something.

Spring break is over now. We are back to school and baseball practice and games. Im recovering from wisdom removal surgery last Saturday. Im doing pretty good today just sore and stiff from my jaw which is common from the surgery. I should be better in about a week. I will be back and more active with this blog next week.

Tomorrow is spring break for JC until he go back to school on March 31st. It will be an week long break for JC. We will have big project to do tomorrow to clean his bedroom and rearrange his furniture. It going to be super busy today and looking forward to see JC's report card and his game tonight.

Last weekend game went well. JC did a wonderful job and much improvement with hitting the bat and throwing the ball than last year. It is really amazing to watch him did that really great. he is so excited about what he did at the game.

I know it has been long time since I posted since I closed my other blog that no longer running now but I just moved to here.

Ok, here what going on around here. I still hard time doing my weight loss lately but Im learning to change my eating habits and starting new menu planning (I will share you my new favorites on that later) and start exercise with my new dvd that I just receive recently. JC started his first game last Saturday which his team is AA Cubs and won the game against AA Angels 13-6. We are doing well here just busy taking JC to school, practice, game, and run errands all of us here during March, April and May.

Im planning to try post here more often to updating on baseball games, my weight loss, etc..

I also will added my favorite things, book recommended, and lot fun thing to share you all. Some of you know I love share stuff to you and what I found was interesting thing I ever seen or a must stuff etc...

And..OF course currently Im doing spring cleaning up! I try to take picture before and after to post here how Im organizing all kinds of thing to clean up from mess to neat etc.. I love to organizing and it is great to feel start cleaning and we are almost Spring season!

For you guys if you wanted something to Organizing ideas. I would suggest you to pick up magazine called Organize which is my favorite new magazine so far.
